Unit 6 Critical approaches task 3

Hot fuzz is a British movie which was published in 2007. it is about two police men but one is better than the other. PC Nicholas Is the good cop and prevents the rest of the team from looking bad. The town that he patrols, is a small town of Sanford. They then come across a mission. Someone in the town is killing. They first see this as an accident but then realizes that more people are dying. The both struggle and somehow clash with the rest of the team while trying to get to the bottom of the mystery.

This movie is targeted to both male and females from ages 16 and over. more from the British community. From the trailer its obvious that its a British police comedy. The trailer is very appealing to its target audience because it shows clips which connects to the summary itself.



Shaun of the dead is also a British film and share the same director as hot fuzz. This widen the expectations of this movie.  This movie is about a guy who tries to win his ex girlfriend back by changing his life. In the meantime they have to deal with humans coming back from the dead and eat humans alive. This movie is targeted to males and some females from ages from 16 and over. what makes these 2 movies similar is the whole concept of them both, also the actors that feature in the movies. This trailer shows clips that relate to the title of the movie.
